We are proud to be supported by the following organisations:

COTTAR’S WILDLIFE CONSERVATION TRUST (CWCT)

Cottar’s Wildlife Conservation Trust (CWCT) is a not-for-profit organisation based in the Olderkesi Community Conservancy. They are hard at work improving the lives of their community members by implementing various projects and schemes, as well as fighting for wildlife in a powerful way. They have secured land for our first project and have supported us immeasurably.

DELACE

DeLace (Pty) Ltd is a South African based company specialised in the distribution of imaging consumables across the continent with +30 years of experience in the industry. Its directors have a passion for Africa, in particular its flora and fauna, and see the Birds and Bees Foundation as an excellent opportunity for the company to give back to the under privileged and help generate sustainable opportunities for remote communities. Supporting apiculture in this way not only increases considerably the number of bees available for the vital job of pollination but also generates a sustainable revenue source for the local communities.

“We are delighted to be partnering with The Birds and The Bees Foundation and would recommend anybody who wishes to see a positive change in these remote areas to do the same.” - states Stuart Lacey, Managing Director of DeLace (Pty) Ltd.

Borana Conservancy

We would like to thank Borana Conservancy, and their entire staff for looking after us & making us feel so welcome.

The Borana Conservancy operation is a model that many should emulate. We were impressed with the new technology, and its integration into the larger system.

As Birds and the Bees we are excited to be involved in this new project.
